Mobile Laboratory Testing Services

The following refund policy applies to all testing services purchased through New Birth Labs' mobile laboratory platform and scheduled appointments throughout Arizona.

Mobile Testing Service Appointments

Validity Period: Test purchases are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase. After six (6) months, your purchase will expire and you will no longer be able to schedule mobile testing services. Refunds are not provided for expired purchases.

Cancellation Before Sample Collection: For purchases made through our mobile testing platform, you may request a full refund of your test purchase amount less a $25 administrative fee (which covers provider consultation, scheduling, and processing costs) if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled mobile appointment and no samples have been collected.

Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a $50 service fee in addition to the $25 administrative fee due to mobile unit deployment and technician scheduling costs.

After Sample Collection

Once our mobile laboratory technician has visited your location and collected your sample(s), we cannot cancel your test order or process refunds. Testing will be completed according to standard laboratory protocols, and results will be made available through your secure patient portal within the specified timeframe.

Specialized Testing Services

Genetic Testing Panels: Due to the specialized nature and processing requirements of genetic testing, all genetic screening purchases are final once sample collection has occurred. Pre-collection cancellations are subject to standard administrative fees.

Employment Testing: Corporate and employment testing services require 48-hour advance notice for cancellations. Same-day cancellations for employment testing will result in full charge due to employer scheduling requirements.

Cancer Screening Panels: Advanced cancer screening tests that require specialized handling are subject to a $75 administrative fee for pre-collection cancellations due to preparation and processing requirements.

Service Issues and Exceptions

Missed Appointments - Our Responsibility: If New Birth Labs fails to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will receive a full refund or complimentary rescheduling at your preference.

Equipment or Sample Issues: If technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, or sample collection problems occur during your appointment that prevent successful testing, you may choose between a full refund or complimentary retest appointment.

Incomplete Kit Delivery: If you ordered an at-home collection kit and it arrives damaged, incomplete, or is not received within 7 business days, contact customer support for a replacement kit or full refund.

Weather and Emergency Conditions

Mobile appointments cancelled due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or declared emergencies will be rescheduled without penalty. If rescheduling is not possible within your purchase validity period, a full refund will be processed.

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Refunds are processed by our customer support team within five (5) business days of refund eligibility confirmation. Processing time for refund appearance in your account may vary by financial institution.

• Refund requests must be submitted through official customer support channels
• Verbal cancellations to mobile technicians are not considered official cancellation requests
• This policy applies to individual and corporate testing services
• Bulk corporate orders may have different cancellation terms as specified in service agreements
• We recommend reviewing your insurance coverage, as some testing services may be reimbursable
